I have been a graphic designer/illustrator for over 30 years, working in advertising agencies, in-house corporate marketing departments, and government/military art departments.
In 2005, I returned to my first love of painting, taking workshops and re-educating myself as an artist. I paint landscapes, sea-life and conceptual art in acrylics. I love sketching in pen & ink and watercolor, focusing on buildings from ghost towns in California. Fine art gives me the freedom to create a landscapes as I see them, not an exact replica of what is before me, it is a selective process that enhances the composition and the image I want to share with the world. My artwork is and will constantly be evolving and growing as I grow as an artist.
I do still take on logo design projects as another creative outlet.
